Irmato Solutions BV in Weert, provider of mobile field service solution FieldAssist, has changed its name to FieldAssist International BV. Vitor Moonen (CEO Irmato) and Auke Walda (Managing Director of FieldAssist International BV) believe that the time was ripe for this name change because both the growth of FieldAssist outside BeNeLux large and because FieldAssist the Irmato organization had outgrown. To further facilitate this growth has FieldAssist by March 1 attracted an International Dealer Manager, Charles Griswold. Charles is coming from an international ERP vendor.
FieldAssist is a front office application to the field service department organizations assignments digitally processed by an intelligent workforce management system, used by customers to complete their own processes to focus on is.
