The takeover brings Ictivity house specialty in the field of open source CRM package * SugarCRM, Knowledge Tree (DMS **), Java and O3 Spaces. Outdare Internet Services Ltd was already SugarCRM Gold Partner. In agreement with SugarCRM Ictivity has managed to retain that status.
The acquisition of Outdare constitutes Ictivity the scaling up to a company that specializes in advising, implementing and supporting Commercial Of The shelve (COTS) open source applications. In addition, Outdare spearheaded the development of customized interfaces between these applications based on open standards. The activities of Outdare to add to its portfolio of IT functions Ictivity even more extensive as a full service IT provider.
